The Golden Card of VALACHIM is currently getting towards the end of its development stage. The project may soon start the developing stage of this card and the seller may find this card some use in the future. It is important that you understand the nature of VALACHIM PROJECT and acknowledge that the seller is not committing to anything and won't have any obligation to the purchaser in relation to this card.

In addition, we do not guarantee that this card is currently worth or will be worth any specific value and/or consideration and won't necessarily yield and/or enable any return to the purchaser.

The development of this card and project will deal with maximizing the value of the Golden Card on the VALACHIM LIMITED EDITIONS platform and/or in anywhere else and any other platform – Secret Solutions Group Ltd. does not commit to the purchaser for anything. The R&D process can be continued or be terminated at any time – Secret Solutions Group Ltd. does not guarantee that it will succeed and is not obligated to continue R&D for any time period or manner, and this will always be subject to the sole discretion of Secret Solutions Group Ltd.

We will also explicitly and clearly clarify that VALACHIM Project, this platform and Secret Solutions Group Ltd. don't and won't have any kind of obligation to the purchaser, which will not be entitled to any consideration and the results of the R&D work may not reach any conclusion and will cease immediately, without any obligation and/or commitment to the Golden Card purchaser, which will always be subject to the sole discretion of Secret Solutions Group Ltd.

By performing and making this purchase of the Golden V Card, the purchaser undertakes and agrees to have full prior knowledge of the following terms:

1.  The purchaser is hereby informed in advance that he may lose the payment that was spent by this purchase and the purchaser will never bring up any claim towards the seller, including not be able to receive any kind of refund or return, at any given moment.

2. The purchaser agrees to never make any claim against the VALACHIM Project, this platform, Secret Solutions Group Ltd, its CEO, directors, its team and/or workers and anyone and/or any entity on its behalf, in any matter and issue and in any case and situation. 

3. The purchaser agrees here that all the decisions, performance (if at all) and any contact will be always done according to the sole discretion of Secret Solutions Group Ltd.

For the sake of proper disclosure and any discovery, VALACHIM Project includes e a diverse and global team that is working around-the-clock, at all time and current moment, for many years days, for nights and days, in order to impact and influence the world and make it better. We aspire and desire to succeed in the mission and soon, but VALACHIM Project do not have and/or hold any commitment and/or obligation to anything or to any results.
